Publications have been classified as:
1) papers published in the Institute's publication series,
2) papers published in international journals and as chapters in books
3) papers published in the proceedings of meetings,
4) papers published as newsletters, and
5) papers that have been published in Institute's series that have been discontinued.

This is a printed publication appearing irregularly, and each number contains a single paper on work that may be of more than local interest.

This series differs from the Technical Bulletin series in that it accommodates papers of rather local significance, and occasionally papers in which work done at the Institute over the years on a particular subject is reviewed.

This series accommodates papers on agricultural economics, including marketing. Reports on specific economic matters of strictly local significance are published in a limited number of copies in the Agroeconomic Analysis series.

A substantial part of the Institute's work appears in international journals, in books or in conference proceedings, almost exclusively in English.

This category of publications refers to mimeographs, newsletters and yearbook notes of specific societies. Most of them are in English, but a substantial part is in Greek.

They are mimeographed publications that have been discontinued, presenting a small aspect of a larger project and/or final reports on technical and economic data.
