Fishroe dip

A small jar or 150 gr. of pink fish roe (tarama) .

1 small onion

1/4 of stale bread without crust (soak and then squeeze out all the water)

The juice of one lemon or more to taste

3/4 glass of olive oil or corn oil

Put everything in a blender and turn for about 30 seconds or until it's a smooth paste .

If no blender is available , crush the roe in a mortar , grate the onion and add the bread . Stir , adding lemon and oil gradually until it is a smooth , thick dip .
