  Hello Dimitris,

You could try downloading the lessons from the CyBC website (note: Internet Explorer required!) and adjusting their volume. I did a Replay Gain analysis on them to normalize the volume of all lessons to the same level. There are many audio players which support Replay Gain, probably the most widely known being Winamp.
