I can't say I agree with Å. Belaisko. Because 'Patricia' is usually pronounced 'Pat-rishia'1 so that would make, in modern greek pronunciation, Πατρίσια, where the 'sh' sound would become an 's' sound.

Maybe Πατρίκια is the Greek version of the name 'Patricia', but for pronunciation, I would prefer Πατρίσια. Unless you wouldn't mind being called Patrikia, of course.
