Only they can change your logon ID.

  Thank you.  They would have a much better site if they allowed users to change their passwords.  Anyway, I'll live with it.

  Logon ID and Password are two different things.

You can change your password anytime you want. You simply click on your blue name link to go to your account profile. There you will find a "Change password" button at the bottom of the page.

Logon ID, however, is unchangeable once you have set up an account. Only the LGO site administrators can change your logon ID (i.e., your account name) once you have set up an account by registering for the course.
