translation problem!!

  helloO!
I'm a beginner and would like to get the translation in Greek of "to take lessons".
I was thinking of "παίρνω μαθήματα", but I'm not sure at all!
help please!

  hi and first of all welcome smile

"παίρνω μαθήματα" is not really wrong but not used. What we usually use is "κάνω μαθήματα". A more formal expression (only when studying in a class or with a tutor is "Παρακολουθώ μαθήματα"
