  Happy Birthday-Ευτυχισμενα γενεθλια!or Χρονια πολλα!
Merry Christmas-Ευτυχισμενα/Καλα Χριστουγεννα!
Happy New Year-Καλη Χρονια! or Ευτυχισμενος ο Καινουριος Χρονος!

  I have also heard "Χρονια πολλα!" used for "Happy New Year" as well and for "Happy Name Day"...especially when spoken. Although, I don't think I have seen it written as a phrase in a New Year's card or something like that. So, I guess its kind of a more informal or "familiar" way of saying these phrases.

"Χρονια πολλα" is used for the birthdays I think.

  Dimitri is right. Informally, we use XRONIA POLLA for every occasion smile (Bdays, namedays, Xmas, New Year, Easter)
