mou?

  when do people use the word mou, with a name eg. mary mou... is this just for boyfriend/ girlfriend or is it for friends in general or anyone?

  Hi there,

it's both for boy/grilfriend and for friends really. Even if someone is not really your friend but you write/speak in a friendly/informal tone you can use it too.

For instance you could tell me: "But vre Irene mou, you are not really helping you know!" ;) :D

  Having lived in Rhodes Greece for the last few years Mou is used for everyone to do with you. IE; Moro Mou My Baby- Fili Mou my friend, etc...
