  In general you've got it right smile

But here's a few tips to make it sound more like ordinary street Greek:

Συγγνώμη καταλαβαίνετε Ελληνική/Αγγλική

Better make this:

Συγγνώμη μιλάτε Ελληνικά/Αγγλικά

In general, use μιλάτε (speak) instead of καταλαβαίνετε
(understand)

And use neutral for languages instead of feminine smile
