  I'm not greek myself, but I think know some of it.

Andra is quite likely derived from "andreas". See the other recent threads ... just recently one "Andrew" also asked for a translation of his name.

Irina is derived from "Eirhnh" (Ειρήνη), which means "peace".

for your surname I don't know what it means.

  Well we usually just transcribe names so yours would be ¶ντρα Ιρίνα Πορουμπενού (if that is indeed how you pronounce it).

Now the Greek equivalent of Andra, if indeed is related with Andrew would be Αντριάνα. The second one is indeed Ειρήνη. For your last name, well, it depends on what it means as Andreas said already.
