  Hi there its like a topic dialect from Macedonia-Salonica,
couse they are used to say "σε παιρνω τηλεφωνο" ,instead of "θα σε παρω (τωρα) τηλεφωνο".
Its just a phrase that we generally use(paraphrased).
Something like "call ya"-instead of "i'll call you back".
