sorry, I didn't clarify those very well hahaha.

μίλησα is "I spoke" but you only spoke ONE TIME

μιλούσα is "I spoke" but when you spoke multiple times in the past

να μιλώ I will speak MANY TIMES IN THE FUTURE

να μιλήσω I will speak ONE TIME IN THE FUTURE

μιλήσει cannot stand on it's own and needs a supporting word such as να, θα, έιχε, είχαμε...
