The first phrase is singular, the second phrase is plural: ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου = car rental (i.e., rental of a car) ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων = car rentals (i.e., rentals of cars), where ενοικίαση is a gerund (verbal noun) from the verb ενοικιάζω, I rent, and αυτοκινήτου and αυτοκινήτων are the genitive singular and genitive plural respectively of the neuter noun αυτοκίνητο, car.
