What is the meaning of the phrase να το ?

What does the phrase να το mean?  I am thinking that it means "here it is -- the thing we just referenced" but not sure.  If I am right, are there other nuances?  Ευχαριστώ.

"Να το"  is used when the object is close or relatively close, within visibility range.

It is the equivalent of the Russian "вот оно" (vot ano) and the Armenian "Ահա այն" (aha ayn), similar to the French "voila".
