  «ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΠΟΛΛΑ» (Χρόνια πολλά) [HRON-ya po-LA] is a general greeting for any annual celebration, like a birthday or a nameday, but it's also heard pretty ubiquitously throughout the month of December. That and καλές γιορτές seem to me to be the most common secular holiday greetings.
