Lambousa Special Education School was a revolutionary concept designed to help children from broken families to educate and incorporate in the society in the best possible ways.

Archibishop Makarios III visits the Lambousa Special Education Shool.

At the time of the Turkish invasion 1974, Lambousa School had a total of 450,000 CY pounds worth of property, including a Hospital, Dorms for 72 students, storage rooms, 8 houses for personnel, Administration buildings, Conference rooms, Special Laboratories for Training, a Gym, and Farms with live stock.
