EDUCATION IN LAMBOUSA

Lapithos was a leader in education. Three Greek Public Elementary schools, one Greek Gymnasium (High School) and two Private Schools served the educational needs of the residents of the village of Lapithos and other neighbouring villages.

Please remember that Lapithos and Karavas (the two towns of Lambousa), are ILLEGALLY occupied by the turkish troops since 1974 and they are not accessible to their lawfull inhabitants.
