Who Can Participate
Candidates eligible for admission to the program are:
(a) Cypriot unemployed university graduates who, with the help of the MIM, will be
recruited and sponsored by businesses prior to the commencement of the program.
(b) Cypriot university graduates who are employed and will be sponsored by their
employers to attend the program.
(c) Overseas university graduates who wish to attend the program at their own expense.
(d) Overseas university graduates who are awarded a scholarship from the Cyprus
Government or other international organizations.
Preference will be given to working executives and trainee managers in the private
sector and semi-government organizations, satisfying admission requirements.
Admission
Requirements
The basic admission requirements are:
- A university first degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Very good knowledge of English. Graduates of non English language universities may be
asked to provide proof of fluency in English.
- Proven academic ability and managerial potential.
- Canditates should preferably not be over 40 years of age on 31st August of the coming
academic year.
- Cypriot applicants will be required to take the MIM admission test which is scheduled
every June/July.
Application Procedure
Graduates wishing to apply for admission to the MIM must complete the following
forms:

- Letter of Recommendation Forms
Application Form
The Application Form must be completed and forwarded to the Secretary of the MIM by 1st
June, together with the following documents:
Transcripts, Official Records, and other Supporting Documentsof all academic work from
each college or university attended, showing courses pursued, grades received,
comprehensive examination results and diplomas or certificates awarded.
English Proficiency Examination Certificate, or a letter certifying proficiency in
English signed by an authorized person (e.g. College tutor, English language teacher,
official of the British Council, etc.).
The overseas applicants who wish to attend the program at their own expense must submit
also Certification of Financial Resources indicating the source of funds to be used during
studies at the MIM. Succesfull applicants will be asked to transfer to a Cyprus
bank, prior to the commencement of the program, an amount to cover tuition fees, cost of
books, living expenses, etc.
Letter of Recommendation Forms
At least two letters of recommendation are required. The Letters of Recommendation must
be forwarded directly to the MIM by the recommenders. |
