The MIM Program

Program Description

The Post-Graduate Management Diploma Program is of eleven months duration, and is repeated annually between September and July.  It is based on similar post-graduate programs organized in U.S.A. and U.K. Universities and is conducted in English.

Course work includes lectures, workshops, tutorials, role play exercises, video presentations, and case studies.  The program offers the possibility of specialization in General Management, Marketing Management and Production Management. All participants are required to undertake a project in the area of their specialization, or that of their present or potential employment, and submit an appropriate project report.

For Cypriot participants, on the job training at a sponsoring organization is an essential part of the program. They are required to report to their sponsoring organizations for two full days per week and to undertake specific work assignments.

For overseas participants, in-company training is in the form of company visits during the second term.

The number of persons admitted to the program is limited to 30, approximately 20 Cypriots and 10 from abroad.
